Gillian recalls her first time mentoring two teenage girls, Shola and Gulcan, to鶹APPdevelop the interpersonal and social skills they need to get a good education and career鶹APP. She meets Gulcan, now 23, with her own family and working as a teaching assistant. Gillian, she says, will 鶹APPalways be [her] mentor and part of [her] family too.鶹APP
