Sarah Brown speaks at Bath Literature Festival

Today 鶹APP鶹APPs President Sarah Brown took part in the panel on 鶹APPFeminism and the Impact of the Digital Age鶹APP at the Bath Literature Festival with journalist Suzanne Moore and theFestival鶹APPs Artistic Director.
The panel spoke to an audience of 300 in Guildhall鶹APPs Banqueting Room,addressing the opportunities for and challenges to feminism arising from the advent of digital technologies.
Sarah spoke about the promise the digital age can have for social change and the advantages the internet can have for learning.A World at School鶹APPshas so far reached over 3million people in calling for world leaders to deliver quality education to the 58 million children who are out of school (31 million of whom are girls) by the end of 2015.
Sarah said:鶹APPThere鶹APPs a democracy to the Internet that lets everyone chip in鶹APP.
