A Global Youth Ambassador tells how he discussed the need for communities to support education for children at a UN conference.
Last week, I attended my very first Global Goals Model United Nations conference in Malaysia.Â
Global Goals MUN were created to provide a better understanding of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals.Â
I was bit nervous on the first day but overall it was a memorable conference. Meeting new friends from different countries, learning new things from them and knowing more about their culture was amazing.
At the conference, I was a delegate of Lebanon for Goal 4: Quality of Education. We talked about how poor education quality affects society, community and country.Â
